My learners are healthcare workers or managers of a facility. I educate my learners on medical products. I create the education session either as training or as an in-service. I plan to use Bloom’s Taxonomy to create a structured lesson plan by using methods, activities and techniques for the learner to, remember, understand, apply, analyze, evaluate and to create a new point of view – the revised Blooms Taxonomy. This will able me to be more thorough in planning and organizing. The reason why I chose this article is because, Abudi (2014), suggests by using the Blooms Taxonomy information you are better able to create a training program that is a true learning experience for the learner.
